We Were Made for Community
Following Jesus was never meant to be done alone, but in community. In Acts 2:42, the early church devoted themselves to teaching, fellowship, breaking bread and prayer together.
We Support One Another
The Bible describes the church as one body (1 Corinthians 12), united in Christ and strengthened through community. Church provides encouragement, support, accountability and people to help carry burdens through difficult seasons (Galatians 6:2).
We Grow in Faith
Church helps you grow in your faith and understanding of Scripture through teaching, discipleship and discussion. As Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
We Worship Together
Gathering with other believers allows us to worship God together, celebrate His goodness and encourage one another. Jesus promised to be present when people gather in His name (Matthew 18:20), and Hebrews 10:24–25 encourages believers not to give up meeting together.
